RV Camping in the Spring

Your RV is great for all sorts of travel, but it’s probably best used for camping. With the cold months passing by, we here at C&R Auto & Trailer Sales wanted to share some tips for spring RV camping, below. To learn more, or to see the RVs we have for sale, contact our store in Tremonton, Utah, today!

Mosquito Avoidance

Spring is a time of renewal, which means one of everyone’s pet peeves will be on the upswing: mosquitoes. Make sure to bring bug repellent and itch-relief creams!

Pollen

It’s also when everything starts growing again, which can be beautiful—unless you have allergies. Keep that in mind when you’re packing and bring along allergy medications and tissues a-plenty.

Trail Changes

If you’re heading to a campsite you’re familiar with, keep in mind that springtime can change up the trails you’re used to. The snow can shift them, or falling trees can close them down entirely. Take the time to look for any up-to-date information on trails before you start your trip.

What To Do

With the warnings out of the way, we can talk about what you can look forward to! Take full advantage of the weather and plan some biking trips, or keep an eye out for migratory birds. You could try some geocaching and might even spend some time on the water with a kayak!
